As a 10-year-old, she cares about making GREAT cookies. She designs the cookie recipes and flavours, and is interested in how the business operates, her Dad [me, Dave] works with bakeries to get these cookies made and sent to you.
The cookie you get has been made professionally, but to Penny's specifications.
Penny has a simple goal, to design tasty cookies, but she would really like to go to tech camp each summer so any money these cookies make will go to helping her attend tech camp and her growth.
Pennys brother, Arthur was her first employee... he is in charge of quality control and product feedback [ aka he tastes the cookies ] .
